Tuition & enrollment.

Rates depend on your child's age and how many days a week you need — so rather than post a number that turns out not to apply to you, we'd rather talk. One short call and you'll know exactly what your family would pay.

What it costs

Call us and we'll tell you the number.

No form to fill in first, no "request a quote," no waiting for an email. Tell us your child's age and the days you need, and we'll give you the weekly rate on the spot — along with any enrollment special or sibling discount running that month.

We keep our rates competitive for Alief, and we'd rather have an honest conversation about what fits your budget than lose a family over a number on a page that didn't apply to them anyway.

Someone is at the front desk from 6 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. We answer in English and Spanish.

What your tuition covers

The extras that other centers bill separately are simply part of the price here. Tuition is paid weekly, on Monday.

Included

  • Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner — every day
  • All curriculum materials, art supplies, and classroom equipment
  • Daily reports and parent-teacher conferences
  • Outdoor play, music, and enrichment activities
  • Every hour between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM — no early-drop or late-stay premium
  • Saturday care at the same rate as any other day

Not included

  • Diapers, wipes, and formula for infants
  • Annual registration fee
  • Late pickup after 7:00 PM

We'll walk you through the registration fee and our late-pickup policy on your tour, in writing, before you enroll anything.

Enrolling more than one child? We offer a sibling discount, and because we take children from six weeks all the way to twelve years, most families can keep every child in one building — one drop-off, one pickup, one parking spot. Ask us what that works out to.
How payment works

Simple, weekly, and no surprises.

We'd rather you knew this before you enrolled than found out from an invoice.

  • Tuition is paid weekly, on Monday. One payment covers the whole week, however many hours your child is here.

  • A $10 late fee applies after midnight Monday. If we haven't received that week's payment by 12:00 AM Tuesday, a $10 late fee is added to the account for that week.

  • That's the only routine fee. Beyond the annual registration fee and late pickup after 7:00 PM, there's nothing else billed week to week — meals, materials and activities are all in the tuition.

Payment methods and the registration fee are covered on your tour, in writing, before you sign anything.

Help paying for childcare

Many Harris County families qualify for assistance.

Most parents assume they earn too much. A lot of them are wrong — the Gulf Coast income limit for a family of four is about $7,670 a month, or roughly $92,000 a year. It costs nothing to find out.

What the program is

Child Care Services (CCS) is the Texas Workforce Commission's childcare subsidy, run locally by Workforce Solutions. Parents need to be working, in school, or in job training. Approvals last up to twelve months.

How to apply

Applications are online through the state's portal. Processing takes about twenty days once your documents are in, and there is a waitlist — so it's worth applying early even if you're not sure you qualify.

OWNER: state records show Soaring Eagles is not currently registered to accept CCS subsidy payments. This section explains the program to parents without claiming we accept it, which is accurate today. Once you have a signed Provider Agreement with the Gulf Coast Workforce Board, replace this box with "We accept CCS childcare assistance — ask us how to apply." If you would rather not mention assistance at all, delete this whole section.
Enrolling

Four steps, and most families finish in a week.

  • Tour the school. Come see the classroom your child would actually be in, meet the teacher, and ask everything. Twenty to thirty minutes, and we'll give you our rates while you're here.

  • Confirm a spot. We'll tell you honestly whether the room has an opening and when. If it doesn't, we'll put you on the waitlist with a realistic date — not a maybe.

  • Paperwork. Enrollment forms, immunization records, emergency contacts, your authorized pickup list, and any allergy or medication plans.

  • Start — gently. We recommend a short first day and a slightly longer second one where schedules allow. Transitions go better when nobody's rushed.
